Espen Auberg is a Norwegian attorney-at-law who specializes in sports law and football law. Espen Auberg was admitted to the Norwegian Bar Association in 2006. He joined the Norwegian Football Association as legal director and attorney-at-law in 2011. He is working as attorney-at-law and partner in SME Law, specializing in sports law.

For the past ten years Espen Auberg has been working exclusively with sports law and football law. Espen Auberg is a CAS arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, a former member of the UEFA Legal Committee, and chairman of the Norwegian Sports Law Association.
Expertise
Espen Auberg is an expert in Norwegian and international sports law, and represents athletes, national sports associations, coaches and managers, agents/intermediaries and sponsors. Espen is a member of UEFA’s Legal Committee, chairman of The Norwegian Sports Law Association and one of only three Norwegian arbitrators at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland.
